Join Rachel and Alina for an evening of relaxation and healing. Our yoga practice will consist of restorative and yin postures designed to support meditation and rest. Reiki energy healing will be offered throughout the class.
This 75-minute class blends yin yoga with myofascial release techniques for deep tissue relaxation, increased circulation, and stress relief. All levels are welcome, and props will be provided.
