This November, embrace the season of change with our Fall Back Into Yoga Challenge! Dedicate time to your practice, ground yourself, and reconnect as we journey together through 20+ classes over the month.
Join Rachel and Alina for an evening of relaxation and healing. Our yoga practice will consist of restorative and yin postures designed to support meditation and rest. Reiki energy healing will be offered throughout the class.
Join us Sunday, November 23 at 5:30 PM for a special Candlelight for a Cause class. We’ll move and breathe together in a peaceful candlelit flow, with all proceeds benefiting the Food Bank of Eastern Michigan. Come share light, warmth, and community.

Join Soul Yoga live on Zoom for journaling, breathwork, gentle movement, and a deeply restorative yoga nidra to close your weekend with ease and intention.
This 75-minute class blends yin yoga with myofascial release techniques for deep tissue relaxation, increased circulation, and stress relief. All levels are welcome, and props will be provided.
