That’s right. Turn your Lovely Valentine’s afternoon into a delicious evening of seated movements and the sweetest of savasanas. Yoga Nidra (also called yogic sleep) is a guided practice that helps us to relax consciously. It promotes stress reduction, better health, and a deeper night’s rest. We will come together for gentle stretches that prep our bodies for the 45-minute guided meditation. Bring your best and comfiest clothes. We have bolsters, blankets, and blocks for all the support you need (always feel free to bring your own). This class will last 1.5 hours and have you absolutely ready for the best night's sleep ever!
