Part 1: Headstand & Forearm Stand – Sunday, March 9th, 1:00–2:30 PM
Part 2: Handstand – Sunday, March 16th, 1:00–2:30 PM
Cost: $35 per session or $60 for both
Each session will begin with a mini vinyasa-style practice to warm the body and center the mind, followed by focused instruction and hands-on guidance to explore inversions. Rachel will share tips, tricks, and foundational techniques for practicing headstand, forearm stand, and handstand, ensuring your progress is safe and sustainable.
