Yoga 102 is a series of workshops with Heather Bowman designed to enhance your yoga practice. It’s an excellent course for students who understand the basics and are looking to refine their skills as well as yoga teachers. We will break down the alignment of common yoga poses and learn how to modify them for your unique body. You will learn the difference between passive and active stretching and know when to use each. Every class will cover a breathing technique and/or meditation that is not frequently offered in group classes. You’ll leave with newfound body awareness and gain skills that will keep you from getting bored in your asana practice.
