The Breath Effect : An experiential exploration of how our internal system influences our relationship with ourselves.
The breath is one of the most transformative and powerful tools we have on our walk toward wellness. It is, in itself, a natural practice of insight and inspiration as well as one of the easiest ways to direct our nervous system. The Breath Effect is not just another breathing class, it is a deep dive toward liberation. It is a practice of coming back home and repairing our relationship to self.
Join Nikki (Licensed Master's Social Worker + Frequency Breathwork trained) and Darcel (Yoga/Mindfulness Educator + Frequency Breathwork trained) in a 2-hour long immersion of pranayama and processing where we will learn about and experience the potency of a two-stage breath. The time spent together will be focused on psychoeducation (including trauma), meditation, breath modulation, and multiple integration techniques/tools. In essence, we will come together, breathe together and be together.
