Prenatal Yoga Series (6 Weeks)

Pregnancy is a transformational time of your life. Not only is your physical body going through miraculous changes- but so is your mind and your heart! Being pregnant during the time of COVID-19 may add a layer of stress, anxiety, and uncertainty. To support you through this beautiful and crazy time, we invite you to join our 6-week Prenatal Yoga Series hosted by Soul Yoga & Instructor Allyson Elliott.

Prenatal yoga supports moms-to-be in connecting to their bodies and growing babies. Stretch and strengthen the body while creating resiliency in the mind that will support you throughout your pregnancy, during labor, and into motherhood.

Each class will include safe and functional movement that is adapted for pregnancy. Along with targeting common areas of discomfort during pregnancy such as sciatica and lower back pain, we will practice mental focus through meditation, deep breathing/pranayama, and creating a connection with our growing babies. You will be surrounded by a community of women who are going through pregnancy with you!

This series is open to all stages of pregnancy and levels of yoga experience. No prior yoga experience is necessary! If you happen to be recently postpartum or you are trying to conceive, this is also a great space for you.

If you are uncomfortable practicing in the studio due to covid-19, reach out and let us know. If you would instead like to practice virtually from home, we will be happy to accommodate you.

Class Schedule

Each class will meet Saturday’s from 12:30 - 1:30 on the following dates:
