Vinyasa

In our heated studio (88-90 degrees), Vinyasa synchronizes breath with movement, offering a dynamic flow of standing, seated, and reclining poses. Dive into core isolation, inversions, and backbends as you explore the possibilities on your mat. With music cranked up and the freedom to flow, Vinyasa is perfect for experienced yogis ready to step out of their comfort zone. Recommended for those with at least 5 yoga classes under their belt.
Soul Burn
Discover our signature class designed to balance body and mind. From slow progressive sequences to longer holds, Soul Burn guides you through a transformative journey. Fully guided and slightly more challenging than our Slow Flow class, Soul Burn is the perfect gateway to Vinyasa. Whether you're new or experienced, if you're seeking a bit more movement and challenge, this class is for you! Recommended for those with at least 1-2 prior yoga classes.
