Join us as we bring in the new season with an intentional pause, creating space for both reflection and growth with a mindful meditation practice.
We will begin as a community, by setting intentions in alignment with our personal values and work with pranayama, followed by a silent meditative reflection and journaling. You are encouraged to bring a journal, blanket, eye pillow, cozy sweater - anything that will help you soften into a space of transition.
