Join Darcel in a wonderful Saturday night Slow Flow practice with sleep to follow. No not that kind of sleep, at least not at the studio… I am talking about yogic sleep, also referred to as Yoga Nidra. It’s that beautiful space between wakefulness and deep slumber: when the mind is fully aware and the body’s relaxation is complete. We will spend two hours together moving through postures and readying ourselves for a 30-40 minute guided meditation that aids in memory function, hemi-sync, stress reduction, pain relief, decreased blood pressure, and more. Wear the comfiest of clothes, bring your journal, and let’s take a journey into the subconscious mind.
