Join Heather for an evening of self-care. Relax your body and mind in a restorative yoga class that incorporates Myofascial Release (MFR), a massage technique that releases tension, eases pain, and improves circulation. This class will begin with self MFR to loosen tight muscles, followed by relaxing restorative yoga.
You will leave feeling calm and refreshed.
Props will be provided, but please bring any extra props you’d like for the Restorative portion!
