Myo-Yin is a therapeutic practice that combines the two modalities of Yin Yoga and Myofascial release (MFR). This 75-minute class will incorporate the long gentle holds of yin with self-myofascial techniques for deep release of tissue tension, increased circulation, and overall relaxation.
We will use an assortment of props to support our practice, including balls for gentle pressure & rolling (all props will be provided). All levels are welcome!
