Darcel is a certified yoga instructor and local health advocate who has spent over 11 years teaching and implementing preventative health techniques. A Bachelor of Arts degree in Sustainable Community Health from Prescott College has allowed her the opportunity for hands-on experience and study of yoga, herbs, reiki, multicultural healing, and meditation practices. She dances, hikes, bikes, rollerblades and runs. She climbs trees to do yoga, sings when she can, is the writer for Canvas Voice, and spends most of her time feeding good things to her belly and soul.
