An invigorating, traditional sequence of poses starting with sun salutations A & B, followed by standing and seated postures, including inversions & backbends.

This class will be a pre-pay, pre-register class. If you have a membership at Soul, the cost is $5. If you do not have a membership the drop-in fee is $20.

We will be allowing walk in's the night of, but we would really appreciate you signing up in advance if you know you will be attending! If the class is full we will make sure to post on our FB page & website.
