The sun sees your body, the moon sees your soul. 🌝
Join Pam for a peaceful full moon yin practice. The full moon is a time to pause, reflect, and release what no longer serves us, inviting expansion of mind and body. The July full moon or “buck” moon is often considered a time of growth, renewal, and regeneration.
Celebrate the full moon with a practice consisting of soothing pranayama or breathwork, followed by a grounding yin practice. We’ll close with guided meditation, followed by a sweet savasana.
Yin is a practice of finding stillness, working deep into the connective tissues around the joints, and deepening your meditation practice. It’s a wonderful practice for balancing the brightness and high energy of the full moon.
